How do I book?

Quick and secure: book your apartment online in 3 easy steps:

1. Confirm you want to go ahead and you will receive to your email instructions for booking.

2. Pay the prepayment and send us your personal details to fill the booking form. A down payment between the 20% and 30% of the quotation is asked to ensure your reservation.

3. You will receive the booking voucher by email with all the information for the check-in.

Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?

Yes, it is safe to pay by credit card. You will receive a payment gateway link (Paypal secure technology)  to pay by Paypal or credit/debit card.

Bank transfers are also accepted.

Online payment is processed by Paypal.

Do I receive a confirmation of my booking?

Yes, your booking is confirmed after the prepayment. You will receive in less than 24 hours, your booking voucher by email. It includes all the information for your stay in Barcelona: apartment address, check-in contact, balance to be paid on arrival, check-in process, etc.

Do I pay for children/babies?

Some of the apartments have special offers for children under 10 or under 3 years old. Please, indicate the age of each children in he contact form in order to offer the best price!

What payment is accepted for the remaining amount?

The remaining amount has to be paid in cash upon arrival, unless credit card accepted is clearly stated in your booking voucher. An extra charge might apply for payment by credit card (usually between 3% and 4%).

How can I cancel my booking?

To  cancel your booking, please contact us by our contact form indicating your booking voucher.

Can I make a booking if I am under 18 years?

No, the person making the booking and signing the rental contract upon arrival has to be at least 18 years of age on the day of arrival.

Some apartment have age restrictions. Please, indicate the age range of the group in order to offer an accommodation that suit your needs.

Can I bring my pet?

Some owners allow pets in the apartments. Please contact us so we can offer the best apartment to stay with your pet!

What should I do if I have problem with my accommodation?

If there is a problem or you break something in the apartment please call the owner so that he can replace or fix it. If you can’t reach the owner, please contact us. We will do our best to arrange a quick solution.

Do I have to clean the apartment on departure day?

No. On departure day, you are expected to leave the apartment in reasonable condition and take the rubbish out.
